Verification That The Elevations Of The As-Constructed Culvert Meet The Design Is Critical To Ensure That The Existing Flow Capacity And Navigability Of The Crossing Is Maintained. • The Removal Of The Previously Placed Bypass Culvert. • The Backfill And Compaction Of Granular Material Over And Around The Culvert In The Areas Specified On The Contract Drawings.
