The Subject Of The Investment Project Is Construction Works Including The Modernization Of Two Water Treatment Plants (Suw) In The Małdyty Commune In The Towns Of Małdyty And Szymonowo And The Replacement Of Water Meters In The Water Supply Infrastructure With Devices With Remote Reading In Order To Secure Drinking Water Supplies For Residents Of Rural Areas And Efficient Settlement Water Intake. The Implementation Of The Technical And It Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Remote Measurement System Will Enable Faster Detection Of Water Supply Network Failures.2. At The Water Treatment Plant In Małdyty, At Least Carrying Out The Following Works: 1) Modernization Of The Drinking Water Preparation Installation With The Replacement Of Tanks, 2) Construction Of A Water Retention Tank, 3) Renovation Of The Suw Building (Including Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Renovation Of Internal Rooms In The Building, Thermal Modernization Of The Building, Renovation Of Installation Equipment Building, Replacement Of The Roof Covering), 4) Replacement Of The Intake Well Casing With A Surface One, 5) Land Development (Construction Of Hardening And Communication Routes, Development Of Green Areas, 6) Replacement Of The Fence. 3. At The Water Treatment Plant In Szymonowo, Min. Carrying Out The Following Works: 1) Modernization Of The Drinking Water Preparation Installation Along With The Replacement Of Tanks, 2) Construction Of A Water Retention Tank, 3) Renovation Of The Water Treatment Plant Building (Including Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Renovation Of Internal Rooms In The Building, Thermal Modernization Of The Building, Renovation Of Installation Equipment Building, Replacement Of Roofing), 4) Replacement Of The Intake Well Casing With A Surface One, 5) Land Development (Construction Of Hardening And Communication Routes, Development Of Green Areas, 6) Replacement Of Fencing. 4. Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out On Existing Facilities. It Is Not Possible To Exclude The Facilities From Use While The Works Are Being Carried Out, Therefore The Contractor Should Plan And Organize His Works In Such A Way That They Are As Inconvenient As Possible For The Facilitys User. 5.
