1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works Related To Retrofitting The Playground In The Szare Szeregów Park In Łódź. The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions/Agreements/Conditions/Opinions For Carrying Out The Works, Dismantling And Disposal As Well As Dismantling And Reassembly Of The Indicated Playground Equipment, Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, Relocation And Installation Of Existing Benches, Construction Of Surfaces Safe Sand And Surfaces Made Of Overgrowth Mats, Construction Of Rubber Edges And Installation/Reconstruction Of Lawns. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining Consent To Carry Out Construction Works ,B) Fencing And Securing The Area With A Permanent Fence, C) Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Playground Equipment: Kujawiak Set, Sandbox, Rocker. Elements/Objects That The Area Manager Considers Valuable Should Be Palletized, Secured And Transported To The Place Indicated By The Manager. D) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Existing Playground Equipment In A New Location: Rockers 2 Pcs. E) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment:• Play Equipment With Four Towers, • Sandbox With A House, Tunnel And Slide, F) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements In The Form Of 3 Benches, G) Construction Of A Permeable, Safe Sand Surface And A Surface Of Hypertrophic Mats (Mainly In Parts Adapted For Use By People Disabled, Including Wheelchair Users). Mat Area Not Less Than 150 M2, H) Construction Of Rubber Edges To Frame The Surface With Overgrowth Mats, I) Installation/Reconstruction Of Lawns, J) Performance Of Surveying Services, K) Performance Of An As-Built Inventory Along With An Inventory Map And As-Built Documentation With Technical Cards And Certificates Installed Devices, L) Preparation Of Documentation Needed To Manage The Facility: The So-Called Facility Book Containing Such Materials As: Maintenance Plan (Including The User Manual For Maintenance) And Maintenance Of Equipment, M) Preparation Of A List Of Fixed Assets Created During The Investment Implementation, N) Playground Equipment And Its Surface Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Polish Pn-En Standards 1176 And Pn-En 1177. Due To The Above, The New Playground And Its Surface Must Be Subject To Post-Assembly Inspection Before Being Put Into Use. The Inspection Should Be Carried Out By A Competent Person, Independent Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor, And Having Appropriate Testers And Tools. It Is Important That The Persons Performing These Inspections Are Competent In The Manner Prescribed By The Pn-En 1176-7 Standard. Simply Having A Construction License Is Not Sufficient To Inspect A Playground. The Surface Test, Which Is Carried Out As Part Of The Post-Installation Inspection, In Most Cases Involves The Need To Perform A Depreciation Test In Accordance With The Pn-En 1177 Standard. This Test Is Performed With A Special Measuring Device. It Involves Dropping A Head Model Onto The Tested Surface And Checking Whether The Surface Absorbs The Fall Adequately To The Height Of The Free Fall (Wsu Parameter) From The Device. A Report Should Be Prepared From The Inspection And Submitted To The Ordering Party. Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Playground Is Included In The Scope Of This Investment And At The Contractors Expense.
