1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Addition Of A Modern Library Pavilion On The Northern Side To A Manor House From The 19Th Century For The Needs Of The Main Library In Skrzyszów. The New Pavilion Will Be Made Of Aerated Concrete, Insulated With Polystyrene And Finished With Thin-Layer Plaster. The Building Will Be Covered With A Hipped Roof And Will Visually Harmonize With The Existing Manor House, Without Interfering With Its Silhouette, Respecting The Historical Values ​​Of The Building. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Construction Works In The Architectural And Construction Part (Including Foundation Works, Horizontal And Vertical Insulation, Construction Works, External, Internal And Partition Walls, Roof, Roof Covering, Floors, Cladding, Internal Plasters, Facades, Surfaces, Finishing Works),2) Sanitary And Heating Installations,3) Water And Sewage Installations, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Central Heating,4) Electrical And Telecommunications Installations,5) Fire Protection Installations,6) Development Area (Including: Sidewalk, Parking Lots, Strip, Stairs, Plantings, Reconstruction And Expansion Of All Necessary Networks And Infrastructure),7) Installation Of Equipment For The Library, Tea Room And Book Storage Room.3. For The Implementation Of This Task, The Municipal Center For Culture And Libraries In Skrzyszów Received Financial Resources Under The National Reading Development Program 2.0, Priority 2, Direction Of Intervention 2.1. Library Infrastructure 2021-2025. Co-Financing Was Obtained From The Funds Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage From The State Budget, Therefore All Rules And Guidelines Regarding The Implementation And Financing Of The Program Are Applicable To This Order.4.
