The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Towns Of Husów And Tarnawka. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Polish Order Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program. When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, The Principles Set Out In Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 84/2021 Of July 1, 2021 (Amended By Resolution No. 176/2021 Of December 28, 2021, Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 87/2022 Of April 26, 2022) Apply And Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 205/2022 Of October 13, 2022) On The Establishment Of The Government Fund For Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: As Part Of The Construction Works, A Section Of Gravity And Pressure Sanitary Sewage Systems Will Be Constructed, As Well As 2 Network Sewage Pumping Stations With Energy Supply And Land Development: 1) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System On The Section From Plot 3917/6 In Husów To Plot 4236/2 In The Town Of Husów Along With Connection To The Sanitary Sewage System Implemented As Part Of The Task: Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System In The Towns Of Husów And Manasterz. A) Pvc 250 Gravity Sanitary Sewage System, Approx. 460 M Long, B) Pvc 200 Gravity Sanitary Sewage System, Approx. 470 M Long, C) Pe 125 Pressure Sanitary Sewage System, Approx. 784 M Long, D) Pe 160 Pressure Sanitary Sewage System, Approx. 1280 M Long.2 ) Construction Of Two Network Sewage Pumping Stations P22 And P30 Along With Updating The Power Supply Conditions For The Sewage Pumping Station, Developing Designs And Implementing An Energy Supply, Monitoring System, Land Development And Fencing. Gravity Sanitary Sewage System - Will Be Made Of Socket-Type Sewage Pipes With A Factory-Installed Gasket In The Socket. Pvc-U Pipes With Elongated Sockets And Circumferential Stiffness Sn 8 Sdr34 Should Be Used. Pipes Must Meet The Requirements Of The Standard: Pn-En 1401-1:2009 - Plastic Piping Systems For Underground Non-Pressure Drainage And Sewage - Unplasticized Poly(Vinyl Chloride) (Pvc-U) - Part 1: Specifications For Pipes, Fittings And System Sewerage Sanitary Pressure Pipe – Made Of Pe 100 Rc Polyethylene Pipes For Sewage Transfer. Cables Connected By Butt Welding And Pe And Cast Iron Fittings. The Pipes Must Meet The Requirements Of The Standard: Pn-En 12201-2+A1:2013-12 Plastic Pipe Systems For Water Transmission And For Pressure Storm And Sanitary Sewage Systems - Polyethylene (Pe) - Part 2: Pipes Pn-En 12201 -3+A1:2013-05 Plastic Pipe Systems For Water Transmission And For Pressure Storm And Sanitary Sewage Systems - Polyethylene (Pe) - Part 3: Fittings Sewage Pumping Stations: Double-Pump, With Submersible Pumps Operating In Active Reserve Mode. Development Of A Sewage Pumping Station - Should Be Made Of Fencing Panels 1.53 High And 2.50 Wide, Made Of 5 Mm Wire On A System Foundation, With A 2 M Wide Opening Gate And A Key Lock. Hardening The Pumping Station Area With Behaton Paving Stones, 8 Cm Thick. The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Construction Design Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Sewers, Sewage Pumping Stations And Their Energy Supply In The Town Of Husów Prepared By Eko Projekt Sp. Z O. O. And A Valid Building Permit Issued By The Starosta Of Łańcut Number 62/09 Of February 11, 2009.2. Additionally, The Contractors Responsibilities Include: 1) Maintaining The Construction Site In Good Condition And Tidying Up The Site After The Work Has Been Completed, And Performing Reconstruction Works. 2) Notifying The Employer For Acceptance Of Disappearing Works 3) Keeping An Up-To-Date Construction Log 4) Updating And Developing All The Required Implementation Of Consents, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, Including Decisions On The Occupation Of The Road.5) Conducting Research, Tests Necessary To Assess The Quality Of The Works And Other Documents Provided For In The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Detailed Regulations.6) Ongoing Maintenance Of The Construction Site In Cleanliness, Including The Management Of Waste Generated On The Construction Site In Accordance With Separate Regulations, Including The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Markowa Commune7) Reconstruction Of All Property Damaged At The Stage Of Implementation Of Both Private And Municipal Works (Roads) Under Pain Of Ordering Repairs To A Separate Entity At Cost And Risk Of The Contractor8) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation, Including As-Built Documentation Containing A Full Inventory Of The Constructed Network, Material Applications, Warranty Cards For Devices, O&M, Construction Log, Declarations Of Land Owners On Tidying Up The Area.9) Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit Decision For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party .10) The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform, As Part Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Works Not Indicated Directly In The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 1, If The Construction Practice, In Particular Safety Considerations, Legal Provisions And The Purpose Of The Building Require Such Works.3. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Polish And Eu Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge As Well As Due Diligence In Their Execution, Safety, Good Quality And Proper Organization.4. When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, The Principles Set Out In Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 84/2021 Of July 1, 2021 (Amended By Resolution No. 176/2021 Of December 28, 2021, Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 87/2022 Of April 26, 2022) Apply And Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 205/2022 Of October 13, 2022) On The Establishment Of The Government Fund For Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program.5. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Protect The Purity Of Surface And Underground Waters And To Protect The Earth By Ensuring That Sanitary Sewage Is Collected By Treatment Plants And Then Treated.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Constituting Annexes To The Swz. Payment Schedule: A) 2024 - 1St Tranche - In The Amount Of Min. 2% Of The Gross Remuneration For The Works Actually Completed And Accepted In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule From The Ordering Partys Own Funds; B) 2024 - 2Nd Tranche - In The Amount Of 50% Of The Funding Granted After The Actual Implementation And Acceptance Of The Progress Of Works Specified In The Material And Financial Schedule - Payable From The Funds Of The Polish Order Program. C) 2025 - 3Rd Tranche - The Remaining Part Of The Remuneration, After Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract - Final Payment, Payable By The Ordering Party From The Funds Of The Polish Order Program; - At Least The Last Payment And Completion Of The Works Must Take Place After 12 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract - In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Investment Task Submitted To The Program As A Task Implemented Over A Period Of More Than 12 Months. The Investment Contractor Ensures Financing Of The Investment In The Part Not Covered By The Employers Own Share, For The Period Preceding The Payment(S) From The Promise. The Payment Of The Promise Will Be Made In 2 Tranches: - The First One After The Completion Of A Separate Stage Of Works Under The Investment Specified In The Material And Financial Schedule In An Amount Not Higher Than Pln 50 % Of The Subsidy Amount - The Second One After The Completion Of The Investment In The Amount Of The Remaining Subsidy Amount. Due To The Distribution Of Payments For The Subject Of The Order Over A Two-Year Period, The Division Of The Order Into Stages And The Deadlines For Their Implementation In Connection With The Payment Deadlines Will Be Specified In The Material And Financial Schedule Prepared By The Contractor And Submitted For Approval To The Ordering Party Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Quality Warranty Period And Warranty For Defects For Construction Works: Minimum 60 Months.
