1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Charlejów, Including The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation. The Construction Works Include: Demolition Of Floors And Construction Of New Structural Layers Of Floors; Construction Of Partition Walls To Separate Toilets; Cutting And Making New Floor Coverings; Replacement And Installation Of New Door Joinery And Widening Of Door Openings;  Replenishing Plasters And Wiping Plasters,  Painting Walls And Ceilings;  Making Wall Claddings With Ceramic Tiles;  Making Suspended Ceilings From Plasterboards;  Replacing Window Sills;  Cutting And Making A New Cladding Of Internal Stairs With Stoneware Tiles;  Making And Unblocking Ventilation Ducts; Replacement Of The Wall Balustrade Of Internal Stairs; Installation Of Steel Beams To Strengthen The Ceiling; Demolition Of Sanitary Fittings, Construction Of New Fittings In Sanitary Facilities; Delivery And Installation Of Wall Air Conditioners; Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation; Delivery And Installation Of Permanent Equipment For The Common Room. 2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Which Includes The Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Bill Of Quantities Is A Supplement To The Subject Of The Order And Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Price For The Execution Of The Order. The Industry Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary Nature Only.4. The Contractors Obligation Is To Implement The Contract On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Specified Above. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.5. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Origin In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Connection With The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Such Indication Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract Using Its Own And New Materials.
