1. The Scope Of Work Includes Two Stages Of Tasks: Stage 1A. Connection Of The Methane Utilization Installation With The Diffuser Of The Kd Barbara Ventilation Shaft, Including The Installation Of A Cut-Off Valve Along The Route Of This Connection. Construction Of The Supporting Structure For The Above-Mentioned Connecting Elements - Diameter Of The Connection Pipeline (Duct) Dn 500 Mm, - Negative Pressure In The System -2.5 Kpa, - Pipeline Length Approximately 40 Meters, The Route Runs At A Height Of Approximately 0.5 M Above The Ground Surface And Partly On The Wall Of The Building With A Height Of 5 M ,- Pipeline Terminated With A Compensator (Polyurethane Extraction Pipe With A Spiral Grounded To The Pipeline). Length Approximately 500 Mm. The Dn500 Pipeline Should Be Equipped With A Dn500 Cut-Off Damper (Alternatively Dn300 - Before And After The Damper With Dn500/Dn300 Reductions) With An Nc Type Pneumatic Actuator (Closed In The Event Of Power Failure) And A Namur Type Solenoid Valve Or Equivalent (In During Normal Operation, The Maximum Ch4 Concentration Cannot Exceed 1% By Volume). The Dn500 Pipeline Should Be Equipped With Mounting Clamps Placed Every 4 M And Run On Trylinka Blocks And On The Existing Supporting Structure Of The Building. The Pipeline Is Introduced Into The Shaft Through The Diffuser Opening With 2 X 90 Degree Elbows And Then Through A Steel Diffuser Made Of 1 Mm Thick Sheet Metal. Installation Of Stubs In The Air Pipeline To Connect Samplers For Chromatographic Analysis. Connections Ended With A Nipple With A ½”B Valve. Design Of The Electrical Installation Supplying The Methane Utilization Device (3X400v, 220A, 50Hz And 1X230v) And Its Implementation. The Project Should Include The Selection Of Power Cables Along With Protections And Designation Of Cable Routes In The Facility. - Length Of The Connection (Cable Route Approximately 55 M), - First Main Power Supply, 3-Phase 400V And 220A, Tn-C Network, - Second Main Power Supply, 1-Phase 230V And 10A.C. Construction Of An Installation For Monitoring Operating Parameters And Automatic Protection Of A Methane Utilization Installation, Along With Connecting And Initiating Cooperation Of These Systems With The Automatic Gasometry System Existing In The Mine. The Scope Includes Connection Of Measurement Signals With Current Parameters From 4 To 20 Ma And Installation Of: - Flow Meter - 0 To 20 M/S, Temperature Sensor 50 To 100 Oc, Installation In A Horizontal Pipeline. Running Cables To The Instrumentation And Control Cabinet, Approx. 20 Meters Long. - Methane Concentration Sensor 0 – 5% Ch4 – Installation In The Pipeline Using A Flexible Tube Connected To The Head. Running Cables To The Instrumentation And Control Cabinet, Approx. 20 M Long. - Signal From The Opening/Closing Limit Switches Of The Cut-Off Damper And The Signal Powering The Solenoid Valve Coil. Cable Routing To The Instrumentation And Control Cabinet, Length Approximately 40 M. - Blocking Signal And Authorization To Turn On The Installation (Potential-Free) - Vpnd Connections. Construction Of A Compressed Air Installation With The Delivery Of A Compressor And An Additional Tank With The Following Parameters: - Oil-Free Compressor With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 15 M3n/H, A Pressure Of Not Less Than 8 Bar (G) With An Adsorption Dryer With An Air Dew Point At The Outlet Higher Than -40Oc - Compressed Air Buffer Tank With A Volume Of 200 L, Equipped With A Safety Valve Selected For The Compressors Operating Pressure And A Manometer With A Measuring Range Of Up To 10 Bar (G). - Galvanized Steel Pipeline, Pipeline Diameter From The Compressor To The Air Tank ½. - Compressed Air Tank Equipped With A Set Of Necessary Fittings, - Outlet From The Tank To The Collector Via A ½ Galvanized Steel Pipe. The Collector Is Equipped With Three ½ Valves: A) To One Of The Valves Has A Filter Reducer With A Pressure Gauge With A Range Of Not Less Than 10 Bar. Behind The Filter Reducer, There Is A Ball Valve, Cutting Off ½ And Increasing The Pipeline Diameter To 1, B) A Plug-In Connector For A Hose With A Diameter Of 8 Mm Is Screwed Into The Second Valve. C) The Third Valve With A Gw1/2 Thread Compressed Air Must Always Be Dry And Free From Lubricants. Before Compressed Air Is Admitted To The System, The Pipes Must Be Blown To Remove Contaminants And Tested For Leaks.E. Construction Of A Flue Gas Discharge System (Chimney System With Thermal Insulation. Insulation Up To A Height Of 2.2 M From The Service Level) Discharged From The Methane Utilization Installation. Made Of S255gh Carbon Steel Or Equivalent. The Chimney Is Protected Against Corrosion In The Lower Part In The Middle, Class C5, At A Height Of Up To 1 M. Covering Area Up To 2 M2. Chimney Equipped With Water Drainage. Connecting The Chimney To The Methane Utilization Installation Using A High-Temperature Flexible Compensator T Max = 500 Oc Dn600 With Dn630 Din24154 Flanges, Row 4 L = 1000 Mm.F. Unloading And Placing A Device (Installation) Weighing Approximately 23 Mg On The Foundation Slab. And Accessories Weighing Up To 2 Mg. Including Installation Under The Suppliers Supervision. Ensuring Adequate Crane Operating Time To Perform The Above. Work And At Least 2 Technical Service Employees. Note: The Device Will Be Delivered By A Third Party Independent Of The Ordering Party. After Completing Points 1. A, B, C, D, E And Delivery Of The Device, These Elements Will Be Assembled (Connected) To The Methane Utilization Device. The Contractor Must Appear And Install The Installation At The First Request Of The Ordering Party. Estimated Installation Time: 2-3 Days. Stage 2 Loading Of The Device (Installation) And Accessories Onto The Truck After Completion Of The Tests. The Ordering Party Expects To Use 2 People For Loading. This Point Also Includes Dismantling Of The Dn 500 Pipeline On The Ventilation Shaft Diffuser (As Part Of These Work, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Use A Crane.)
