The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of An Aqueous Solution Of Polyaluminum Chloride In The Amount Of 144 Tons - A Coagulant For The Treatment Of Water Intended For Human Consumption. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. The Means Of Proof In Question: 4.1. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Product Complies With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Submit The Following Evidence Together With The Offer: 1) A Current Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Public Health - National Institute Hygiene, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Allowing The Product To Be Used In Water Intended For Human Consumption; 2) Technical Specification Of The Offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification Should Confirm Compliance With All Requirements Specified In Point 1 Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Accept Equivalent Means Of Evidence If They Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4.2. The Ordering Party Stipulates That If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Referred To Above, Or If The Evidence Submitted Turns Out To Be Incomplete, The Contractor Will Be Summoned In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Act To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Prescribed Deadline.
