The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Function Of Substitute Investor In The Implementation Of The Investment Titled Construction Of The Regional Prosecutors Office Building In Gdańsk Together With Area Development 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz) Entitled Order Description. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Task Referred To In Point 1 Is Presented In The Annex To The Swz (Building Permit And Design Documentation). 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Visit The Site Of Work In Order To Obtain Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And To Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. The Costs Of The On-Site Inspection Are Borne By The Contractor.
