Arts-Facility Operation Services – Affermage For The Operation Of The Albi Exhibition Center. The Delegatee Will Ensure The Operation, Administrative, Technical And Financial Management, Marketing Of The Exhibition Center, As Well As Routine Upkeep Of The Premises (Interior And Exterior), Maintenance, Repair And Renewal Of Equipment, Installations And Materials. The Delegatees Mission Will Be To Host Events Of A Different Nature: Exhibition Fairs, General Public Or Professional Trade Shows, Congresses, Corporate Events, Sporting Or Cultural Shows, Gala Evenings, Banquets, Etc. He Must Participate In Tourism And Economic Promotion Of The Territory Of The City Of Albi And Its Agglomeration. The Delegatee Will Manage The Exhibition Center Under His Responsibility And At His Own Risk: He Will Put In Place The Necessary Means To Guarantee The Proper Execution Of His Missions, And Will Employ Qualified Staff Whom He Will Be Responsible For Supervising. The Municipality Of Albi Will Make Available To The Delegatee The Following Land, Real Estate Works And Installations, Which Will Be Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Service Delegation Agreement: A Built Surface Area Of 9,000 Square Meters Divided Into Several Buildings: The Hall Lapérouse With A Surface Area Of 5000 Square Meters; The Scenith With A Surface Area Of 2,500 Square Meters A Central Service Area With A Surface Area Of 1,500 Square Meters On Two Levels Including A Reception Hall, A Restaurant Room Of 380 Square Meters, A Bar, Three Meeting Rooms, Three Dressing Rooms And 130 Square Meters Offices; A Hangar Jaurès Storage Space Shared With The City Of Albi With A Total Area Of Nearly 40,000 Square Meters; 1700 Parking Spaces, Within The Parc Des Expos And In The Immediate Surroundings. At The End Of The Contract, These Real Estate Works And These Installations Will Return To The Municipality Of Albi In Good Condition And Without Compensation.
