To enable the Contract to be formed, Council wishes to establish a shortlist of Contractor/Design consortia to take forward into a formal tender. This Registration of Interest process will enable Council to carry out an appropriate due diligence on a wide cross section of interested parties and select those parties that are likely to provide the best outcomes for Council to move to the next stage which will involve the development of a concept design, price and methodology. As such Council now invites Contractors with demonstrable experience in designing and building potable water reservoirs to submit a package of information that will allow a robust assessment of capability to be undertaken and a shortlist created.
