Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Audit Service for Response Initiative for Somalia Emergencies (Rise The objective of the Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) is to assess the relevance and utility of the project inputs and to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the assistance provided to the beneficiaries. Specific post distribution survey objectives include: I. Determine profile of the beneficiary households and whether it corresponds with the project poverty targeting and social inclusion strategy. II. Determine effectiveness activity, distribution process in relation to addressing needs of the community. III. Assess the timeliness and appropriateness of the distribution. IV. Identify shortcomings in implementation process. V. Identify achievements and highlight them (acknowledge and celebrate success). VI. Determine beneficiaries awareness of the existence of the project feedback mechanisms and information on entitlements. How to apply A Consultancy firm will be selected using the Consultants Qualifications Selection (CQS) method set out in the consultants selection.
