The Tenderer Can Make A Bid For One Or More Sub-Areas. All Items Must Be Offered Within The Sub-Areas. There Is No Limit To The Number Of Sub-Areas The Tenderer Receives. In The Competition, Overall Economic Affordability Is Used As The Basis For Selection, Which Is Based On The Lowest Price.
