Framework Agreement For Complex Tradesman Services (Contractors) 2/2024 . The Main Purpose Of The Procurement Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure The Efficient Implementation Of Rehabilitation Projects Where It Is Necessary That Several Professional Groups Participate And Must Be Coordinated Simultaneously In The Project, Cf. Execution Of General And Turnkey Contracts. Kul Manages Several Cultural Buildings, Cultural Monuments And Historic Farms In Oslo. The Property Department Has Overall Responsibility For Operation, Property Development, Letting, Maintenance And Rehabilitation Of Kuls 45 Cultural Properties With 92 Buildings. In Addition Comes Management Responsibility For The Medieval Belt With A Cultural Heritage Area Totaling More Than 90 Acres. The Agreement Will Also Cover The Agency For Cultures Other Leased Property. In The Coming Period, This Will Be The Popsenteret, Øvinghotellet, City Archive, Gamle Munch, As Well As The Vigeland Museum. Proper Follow-Up Of The Rehabilitation Projects By Competent Construction And Project Management On The Part Of Both The Client And The Executor Is Necessary For Our Cultural-Historical Properties To Have A Proper Level Of Value-Preserving Operation And Maintenance. Strict Requirements Must Be Placed On The Competence Of Suppliers And Their Subcontractors When Carrying Out Work On The Municipalitys Conservation-Worthy Properties. Most Of The Buildings And Facilities Are Protected, In Accordance With Section 15 Of The Cultural Heritage Act, And/Or Regulated For Conservation, In Accordance With The Planning And Building Act. This Means That Rehabilitation Processes Will Often Require Exemptions From Certain Legal Regulations. It Is The Swedish Cultural Agency That Is Responsible For Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Dispensations, As Well As Ensuring That The Conservation Perspective Is Taken Care Of Both During Operation, Management, Maintenance And Further Property Development.
