In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed.4. All Materials And Devices Used During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Certificate Allowing For Use In Construction.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Contemporary Knowledge And Applicable Regulations.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order While Respecting The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety.7. In The Event Of Interpretation Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Content Of The Remaining Annexes To The Swz, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Shall Prevail.
