Construction Works Subject To Supervision Under This Order Include: 1) Construction And Reconstruction Of Post-Consolidation Roads (Agricultural Transport) 2) Construction Of Culverts Under Roads With Reinforcements Of Inlets And Exits To Plots; 3) Construction, Renovation And Correction Of Water Drainage Facilities, I.E. Drainage Ditches And Drainage And Water Drainage Systems, As Well As Improvement Of Their Technical Parameters; 4) Land Reclamation, Including The Removal Of High And Unnecessary Margins, Slopes And Fallow Land, Ravines And Old Roads By Fertilizing Soil, Plowing And Harrowing, Anti-Erosion Protection And Removal Trees And Bushes; 5) Other Works, Including: Reconstruction Of A Metal Wire Mesh Fence On Concrete Or Metal Posts, Construction Of An Inspection Well, Bringing In Soil And Strengthening The Slope, Leveling The Plot/Removal Of The Old Ditch, Clearing/Leveling The Area, Correcting The Course Of The Slope Along With With Its Strengthening.3. The Contractor / Supervision Inspector Will Be Obliged To: 1) Represent The Ordering Party On The Construction Site By Controlling The Compliance Of The Works With The Design And Technical Documentation, The Contract Concluded With The Contractor, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Applicable Technical Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice;2 ) Checking The Quality Of Performed Works And Built-In Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective And Unauthorized Products And Their Use In The Construction Of Post-Consolidation Roads; 3) Checking And Accepting All Construction Works On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Including Those That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participating In And Accepting Completed Structures And Putting Them Into Use; 4) Participating In Committees, Meetings And Construction Meetings Regarding The Implementation Of The Investment In Question; 5) Keeping Photographic Documentation Of The Investment (State Before, During And After The Implementation Of A Given Element Of The Task), In Particular Works That Are Covered (E.G.
