The FPIM Data Platform is a centralised Snowflake solution that facilitates the collection, storage, processing, analysis, and management of data related to the Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain (P&SC) operations within Health New Zealand. It provides a unified environment where various data sources and tools can come together to support data-driven decision-making, insights generation, and business operations. Currently support is provided by the original implementation partner. Going forward we wish to move into a business-as-usual state with longer term support arrangements in place.
