The Tenderer Offers The Contracting Authority The Opportunity To Purchase New Software Licenses Including Maintenance, Subscriptions, Extensions And Extensions Of Existing Software Licenses. Within The Scope Of This Tender, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Purchase Software Licenses Within The Following Software Groups: • Back-Up And Restore; • Database And Data Management Software; • Identity And Access Management; • Itsm/Fmis; • Office Automation; • Operating Systems; • Virtualization Software; • Virus And Protection Software; • Workspace Management; • Other Software. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Lots. Subscribing For Part Of The Assignment Is Not Permitted And Will Lead To Exclusion From Further Participation In The Tender Procedure. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents A Historical, Indicative Assignment Value Of € 6,120,000.00 Excluding Vat Over The Six (6) Years Or Approximately € 1,225,000.00 Excluding Vat Per Year. The Contracting Authority Takes Into Account An Average Price Increase Of Eight (8) Percent Per Year, Which Leads To An Expected Contract Value Of € 9,750,434.12 Excluding Vat Or An Average Annual Contract Value Of € 1,617,572.35 Excluding Vat.
