The Services To Be Procured Are Social Rehabilitation And Work And Daytime Activity Services Aimed At Customers Of Soite Mental Health And Addiction Services, Disability Services, Adult Social Work And Customer Guidance For The Elderly And Open Services. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Dynamic Supplier Register, Which Means A Procedure Designed By The Procurement Unit Itself, In Accordance With The Principles Of The Procurement Act, For Procuring The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. The Welfare Region Of Central Ostrobothnia Selects All Service Providers Who Meet The Requirements Set By This Request For Participation And The Attachments To This Request For Participation To The Dynamic Supplier Register. During The Contract Period, Procurements Are Made From Service Providers Included In The Supplier Register Either On The Basis Of Suitability Or Lightened Internal Tenders, I.E. Customer-Specific Service Provider Selection Is Always Made According To The Customers Needs. If Necessary, A Service Provider Can Also Be Selected As A Direct Procurement Outside Of This Procurement On Careful Grounds. The Social Rehabilitation Services Tendered By The Customer In The Supplier Register Concern Social Rehabilitation In Accordance With Section 17 Of The Social Care Act. In Terms Of Work Activities, The Procurement Concerns Work Activities In Accordance With § 27 D And § 27 E Of The Social Welfare Act. The Service Acquired By Elderly Customers Daily Activities Is A Service According To § 19 Of The Social Care Act. For Customers With Developmental Disabilities, Work Activities And Day Activities Are Services According To § 2 Of The Law On Special Care For People With Intellectual Disabilities Until 31 December 2024. Other Day-To-Day Activities For Disabled Customers Are Services In Accordance With Section 8 And Section 8 B Of The Disability Services Act Until 31 December 2024.
