Furniture – Circular Furniture. The Aim Of The Tender Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor For The Supply Of Circular Furniture As Described In The Invitation To Tender. The Planned Commencement Date Of The Framework Agreement Is 01-11-2024 And The Framework Agreement Runs Until 31-10-2033 At The Latest. The Fixed Term Is Five (5) Years, With An Option To Extend For A Maximum Of 2 Times 24 Months. The Framework Agreement Ends Automatically After Nine (9) Years. The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Includes The Delivery Of Products And Services Related To Circular Furniture. The Products And Services Include: •Loose Office And Educational Furniture; •Home Workplaces; •Furniture For Furnishing Meeting Rooms, Catering Or Other Space Functions Within Tu Delft; •Various Small Furniture Such As Accessories And Workplace Decoration; •Assembly And Placement; • Design Advice And Project Management; •Refurbishing And Repairing Existing Furniture (Revitalization); •Sustainable Disposal Of Furniture; •Furniture Management. The Following Products And Services Are Excluded From The Scope: •All (Amphi) Lecture Rooms With Fixed Educational Furniture; •Laboratory Furniture; •Special Archive And Library Bookcases; •Lockers; Outdoor Furniture.
