Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines, For Highways, Roads, Airfields And Railways; Flatwork – Dédoublement Et Électrification De La Ligne 11. As Part Of The Increase In The Capacity And Flexibility Of Rail Freight Traffic In The Port Of Antwerp, Infrabel Is Planning Work On Line 11, Which Will Involve The Partial Doubling And Electrification Of Line 11. The Laying Of The Second Track Of Line 11 Is Planned On The Central Reservation Of The A12 Between Stabroek And Zandvliet Over A Length Of 5 Km. This Includes The Installation Of The Necessary Hydraulic Installations And Modifications To The Signage. The Partial Electrification Of Line 11 Between The Stabroek Junction And The Basf Rail Connection Is Also Planned. This Electrification Concerns A Total Length Of 9.5 Km (+/- 17 Km Of Track To Be Electrified). In Summary: • Laying A Second Track Along The Existing Line 11, From The Stabroek Junction To The Noordland Bridge Diversion Route, Including Drainage Works And Changes To Signaling; • Electrification Of The New Second Track; • Electrification Of The Existing Track From The Stabroek Junction To The Basf Junction.
