Prior Information Notice For Construction Work For Manufacturing Plants – Construction And Maintenance Of A Hydrogen Production System (Consisting Of At Least Two Pem Electrolysis Systems With A Total Nominal Output > 5 Mw), Including Detailed Engineering. Stadtwerke Stuttgart Gmbh (Sws) Is Implementing The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart Project At Am Mittelkai 25, 70327 Stuttgart. The Project Includes, Among Other Things, Hydrogen Production, A Hydrogen Pipeline, A Trailer Filling Plant And A Battery Storage System. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Construction Of The Hydrogen Production System (Consisting Of At Least Two Pem Electrolyzers), Including Detailed Engineering, As Well As Its Maintenance. Sws Becomes The Owner Of The Hydrogen Production System. After Successful Commissioning And Acceptance, Sws Becomes The Operator Of The Hydrogen Production System. The Hydrogen Production System Must Be Coordinated With The Other Components Of The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart And, Together With Them, Form A Functional Overall System. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account When Preparing The Detailed Engineering And Manufacturing The System. In Particular, The Hydrogen Produced Will Be Fed Into The Hydrogen Pipeline Or Used To Fill Trailers. The Hydrogen Production System Should Be Electricity Market-Led, I.E. Regulated According To Price Developments On The Electricity Market. A Detailed Description Of The Interfaces And Responsibilities Can Be Found In The Separate Document “Functional Description Of Electrolysis” (= Appendix 1 Of The Tender Documents). With Regard To The Hydrogen Production System In The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart, The Contractor Will Provide The Following Services: 1. Creation Of Detailed Engineering (Based On The Functional Description) 2. Delivery And Construction Of The Hydrogen Production System (Installation Including Work Equipment For On-Site Assembly And Construction Of The System , Including Piping, Ms Transformer, Electrical Work, Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test, Acceptance) 3. Handover Of The Hydrogen Production System To The Sws Including Instruction Of The System And Training 4. Maintenance, Repairs Including Wear And Consumables Including Recurring Tests .
