Quotation are invited for Provision of Landscape Architect/Designing. (i) Submit a detailed engineering design and its drawings using the green, water-sensitive design concepts. (ii) Installation of a high-quality bamboo fence with metal frames to the new building outside the fence. (iii) Painting of the bamboo with total wood protection and the metal frame with plascon paint. (iv) Excavating the compound of the new building and supply with loam soil to support the growth of plants/ grass. (v) Supply planting grass, flowers for beatification of the compound for the new block. (vi) Supply of Interlocks high-quality design and construct sidewalks to link the two blocks to the newly built. (vii) Removal of the one side of the fence to join the two blocks to the newly build block in one compound. (viii) Painting of the two old buildings with the same paint color as the new one. (ix) Adding a small exit gate behind the new building. (x) Furnish all equipment, tools, services for accomplishment of the above works.
