The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula Titled: Revitalization Of The City Beach, Swimming Pool And Existing Park Along With Reconstruction Of The Amphitheater In Wągrowiec - Stage Ii. The Task Envisages The Revitalization Of Degraded Urban Areas Through The Implementation Of The Second Stage Of The Construction Of The Reclamation Of The City Beach Area And Includes, Among Others: • Construction Of Pedestrian And Walking Routes With Permitted Bicycle Traffic, Small Architectural Objects, Lighting, And Infrastructure Networks. Provide The Paths With The Necessary Number Of Waste Bins. At The Main Entrances To The Promenade, Place Further Information Points With A Map, Distances And Approximate Walking Times.• Supplementing The Beach Revitalized In The First Stage With Swimming Areas - Construction Of At Least 3 Open Swimming Pools Marked Out By Floating Piers, I.E. A Paddling Pool Up To 1.2 M Deep, A Swimming Pool Recreation Area And A Swimming Pool With 6 Lanes. Due To The Gutter Shape Of The Lake Bottom, An Artificial Bottom Made Of Suspended Mesh Should Be Placed For Swimming And Recreational Pools In Order To Meet Swimming Pool Safety Regulations. Place Barriers Between The Piers To Prevent Swimming Between And Outside The Pools. Equip The Swimming Area With Rescue Stations. Establish A Mooring For Wopr Boats Directly At The Swimming Pools Near The New Headquarters Of The Wopr Base. The New Swimming Area Will Be Staffed By Four Lifeguards. New Piers In Place Of Existing Wooden Piers Scheduled For Demolition. • Construction Of Floating Piers, Including: Round, Enabling Mooring Of Floating Equipment.• Construction Of A Pergola With A Stop For A Cruise Ship. The Building Of The Current Water Equipment Rental Facility Will Be Replaced With A Pergola And A Stopping Place For A Cruise Ship. The Pedestrian Route Should Be Located In Front Of The Facility, And The Pedestrian Route With Bicycle Traffic Allowed Through The Green Tunnel. The Facility Will Function As A Resting Place And A Terrace/Stand Made Of A Light Steel Structure Filled With An Openwork Plastic Grid Allowing It To Be Covered With Greenery. The Greenery Will Climb Along The Openwork Plastic Structure To Prevent It From Freezing. Adjust The Dimensions Of The Created Tunnel To The Capacity Of Vehicles To Pass Through. The Designer Will Ensure That The Design Documentation Is Checked For Correctness, Completeness And Compliance With Technical And Construction Regulations And Applicable Polish Standards By Persons With Unlimited Construction Qualifications In The Relevant Specialty. During Design Work, The Designer Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Ordering Partys Comments And Wishes In The Design Solutions. , As Long As They Do Not Conflict With Applicable Regulations And Standards, Building Practice And Functional Program. Before Starting Construction Works, A Conservation Permit And A Building Permit Must Be Obtained.
