As Part Of The First Stage Of Construction Works, The Stairs In Front Of The Main Entrance Should Be Renovated And A Vertical Platform For Disabled People Should Be Installed At The Landing. The Main Vertical Communication Inside The Building Is The Existing Staircase And The Designed Elevator Adapted For Disabled People. The Elevator With A Vestibule Will Be Attached To The North-Eastern Façade Of The Building And Will Serve The Ground, First And Second Floors. The Scope Of Construction Works In Stage 1 Concerns Mainly External Thermal Modernization Works, The Addition Of An Elevator And The Development Of The Front Terrace And The Reconstruction Of The Roof In The Wing Of The Building Above The Wedding Hall On The Southwest Side, And Demolition Works. Internal Works At This Stage Were Limited To The Necessary Minimum, As A Consequence Of The Above-Mentioned Works. The Layout Of The Rooms On The Ground Floor And Second Floor Remains Unchanged. On The First Floor, The Layout Of The Office Rooms In The Central Part At The Front Will Change; Due To The Development Of The Existing Terrace And The Demolition Of The Existing Walls, Two Larger Office Rooms Will Be Created From Three Smaller Office Rooms.
