1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building In Radom, On Plot No.: 184/8 With An Area Of 1,222 M2 And 184/77 With An Area 4,179 M2 (Precinct 0260-Józefów, Sheet 205) Owned By Rtbs Administrator Sp. Z O. O. 2. As Part Of The Order In Question, The Following Should Be Designed: 2.1. A New Residential And Multi-Family Building With The Necessary Connections And Networks, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified By The Utility Owners, I.E. Water Supply Installations, Sanitary Sewage Systems, Storm Sewage Systems, Heating Networks, Power Networks, Telecommunications And Fiber Optic Networks.2.2. Assumed Parameters Of The Facility: The Multi-Family Residential Building Should Be Designed As A Four-Story, Two-Staircase Building, Without A Basement, With A Flat Roof, - Expected Development Area - Approx. 800 M2, - Expected Usable Area - Approx. 2,000 M2, - Expected Building Height - Max. 15.5 M,2.3. Preferred Structure And Construction Technology Of The Facility: The Building Should Be Designed In A Traditional Structure. Building Elements Such As Columns, Ceilings, Stairs, Balconies, Elevator Shafts Should Be Designed As Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Made On Site, Structural Walls And Partition Walls Should Be Made Of Brick.2.4. Assumed Structure Of Residential Premises: M-2 - 12 Units - Premises Area Up To 35 M2, M-3 - 20 Units - Premises Area Up To 53 M2, M-4 - 8 Units - Premises Area 60 M2. Total Number Of Residential Premises - 40. Apartments Should Be Designed In A Way That Ensures Optimal Use Of Usable Space. The Six Apartments Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building Must Be Fully Adapted For Disabled People Using Wheelchairs.3. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In 2 Stages: 1) Stage I: Development Of The Final Concept For The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building, Which Will Include: - Land Development Concept With A Technical Description (Including, Among Others, Location Of The Residential Building, Network And Connections, Layout Of Routes Roads, Exits, Parking Spaces, Playground, Garbage Shelter, Location Of Other Important Facilities, Cross-Sections Through Surfaces: Traffic, Area Lighting System And Camera Placement), Concept Of A Residential Building Including A Technical Description, Floor Plan Of The Ground Floor, Repeating Floor And Roof, Characteristic Cross-Sections (Transverse And Longitudinal), Building Elevations And Architectural Details. Above. The Concept Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party In 3 Copies In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version.2) Stage Ii: Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Which Includes: A) Land Development Design - 6 Copies B) Architectural And Construction Design - 6 Copies .C) Technical Designs (For All Industries) – 6 Copies D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Above-Mentioned Construction Works (For All Industries) – 2 Copies E) Investor Cost Estimates (For All Industries) – 2 Copies F) Bills Of Quantities (For All Industries) - 2 Copies G) Information Regarding Health And Safety - 6 Copies H) Fire Scenario - 3 Copies I) Geotechnical Documentation - 3 Copies J) 2D Visualizations - 4 Boards K) Design Of The Finishing Of Staircases And Common Areas Together With The Design Of Laying Tiles And Visualizations Of Interior Finishing In Residential Premises - 3 Copies. Detailed Documentation Requirements Are Specified In The Design Guidelines Attached To The Swz.4. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order - As Part Of The Calculated Lump Sum Remuneration - The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 4.1. Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Technical Conditions And Arrangements For The Design Documentation On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Act On Its Behalf In This Respect.4.2. Obtaining, At Its Own Expense And On Its Own, All Necessary Starting Materials For Design - Except For Those Provided By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz.4.3. Conducting Additional Measurements And Tests As Needed.4.4. On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Submit An Application To The Faculty Of Architecture For Issuing A Building Permit Decision.4.5. Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Principle Of Utmost Care.4.6. Compliance With The Rationality Of Investment Costs And The Costs Of Maintaining And Operating The Facility.4.7. Exercising Authors Supervision (20 Stays On The Construction Site During The Investment Implementation Are Assumed) In The Scope Referred To In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law.5. Complete Documentation Should Be Submitted In Paper Form In Folders With A Letter In Polish And Additionally In An Electronic Version On A Cd-Rom Or Portable External Memory (Pendrive) With The Division Used In The Paper Version Of The Documentation: Drawings Should Be Saved In *.Dwg And *.Pdf, Technical Specifications Should Be Saved In *.Doc And *.Pdf Formats, Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities Should Be Saved In *.Ath And *.Pdf Formats, All Agreement Documents, Decisions, Opinions, Etc. Should Be Scanned, Save And Attach To The Documentation Provided On A Cd-Rom Or Portable External Memory (Pendrive) In *.Pdf Format.6. The Contractor Will Attach To The Project A Statement That It Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Contract, Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards And Guidelines And That It Was Completed In A Complete Condition From The Point Of View Of The Purpose For Which It Is To Be Served.7. Upon Payment Of The Remuneration For The Completed Documentation, All Proprietary Copyrights To The Completed Documentation Are Transferred To The Ordering Party, In Particular The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To: 6.1. To Use It And Make Copies In Order To Carry Out The Task Of Carrying Out Construction Works Covered By The Documentation.6.2. For Its Use In Public Procurement Proceedings For Construction Works, Services And Supplies.6.3. For Promotional And Marketing Purposes Of The Task Covered By The Documentation.6.4. When Submitting Applications For Co-Financing Of The Task To Which The Documentation Relates.8. The Contractor Will Not Exercise His Personal Copyrights In A Way That Limits The Ordering Partys Ability To Exercise The Rights To The Subject Of The Order.9. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Provision Of The Service Is Specified In The Design Guidelines And In The Contract Template, Which Are Attached To The Swz And Constitute Its Integral Part.10. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, At The Stage Of Applying For The Contract And During Its Implementation, Should Not Employ Or Cooperate With The Ordering Partys Employees In A Way That Would Be Suspected Of Violating The Act On Combating Unfair Competition.
