The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Carry Out Construction Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms, And To Perform Works In Accordance With This Documentation For The Task Titled Expansion Of The Port Of The Association Of Jeziorak Communes In Iława2. The Task Involves The Expansion Of The Port Facilities Of The Jeziorak Municipal Association Located At Ul. Sienkiewicza 32 In Iława. Due To The Very Large Shortage Of Mooring Places In Iława, It Was Planned To Expand And Add Floating Piers And Create A T-Shaped Pier. Bridges Made Of Concrete (Increased Stability And Durability). Depending On The Needs Specified By The Designer, The Piers Can Be Protected With Dolphins To Prevent The Impact Of Waves, Ice And The Load Of Vessels. It Is Planned To Build Approximately 90 Meters Of Piers. Additionally, Mooring Legs Will Be Installed To Improve The Safety Of Using The Pier, Power Poles (Water And Electricity), Lighting And Rescue Stations. As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Planned Task, The Number Of Parking Spaces For Medium And Large Vessels Will Be Increased, Which Will Require The Reconstruction Of The Square (Parking Lot, Access Roads). The Reconstruction Of The Maneuvering Area Will Increase The Number Of Parking Spaces And, Above All, Increase Safety. The Entrance To The Square Will Also Be Rebuilt To Prevent Damage To Vehicles With Boat Trailers. An Automatically Controlled Barrier Will Also Be Installed. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Arrangements, Permits (Including Water Permits, If Required), Reports, And Environmental Impact Assessment At The Piers, If Required.5.
