1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of A Nursery In Order To Create 72 Care Places For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age, Together With The Required Facilities, Infrastructure And Land Development Based On The Attached Concept. The Order Also Includes Obtaining A Complete Set Of All Required Arrangements, Decisions, Opinions, Technical Conditions And Obtaining A Building Permit Along With Preparing A Complete Application For A Decision To Cut Down Trees. 2. The Existing Building Is Located On Plot No. 277, Rev. 10 Słupsk With An Area Of ​​4,304 M2, Which Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No. In 1989. The Facility Was Constructed Using Traditional Brick And Prefabrication Technology. Building Parameters: Length - 18.23 M, Width -48.49 M, Height - 9.06 M, Volume - 6800 M3, Area Usable Area – 1,598.23 M2, Building Area – 874.90 M2.3. The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Include Equipping The New Part With Furniture, Things And Equipment Related To The Creation Of 72 New Care Places For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age, Such As: : Equipping Teaching Rooms, Cloakrooms With Furniture, Cabinets, Wardrobes For Staff, Hangers, Chairs, Tables, Tables, Shelves, Deckchairs, Wardrobes For Deckchairs, Chamber Pots, Bathtubs, Bathrooms With Appropriate Toilet Bowls, Partition Walls, Washbasins, Shower Trays Children, Baskets, Diaper Cabinets, Changing Tables, Bathtubs For Disinfecting Toys. Scullery Equipment: Universal Dishwashers With A Detergent Dispenser And A Base, Pass-Through Cupboards For Dishes, Shelves, Two-Compartment Sink, Hand Washing Sink, Etc. Kitchen Equipment: Blender, Meat And Vegetable Grinder, Refrigeration Cabinet, Whisks, Slotted Spoons, Pots, Pans , Plates, Bowls, Spoons, Drinking Cups, Jugs, Trays, Etc. The List Of Minimum Equipment For The Facility Is Described In The Description Of The Concept, Which Is An Annex To Swz.4. The Development Plan For The Area Belonging To The Created Care Institution For The Purposes Of Its Operation Should Include, Among Others: .Among Others Construction And Equipment Of A Playground With A Fence, Expansion Of The Garbage Gazebo, Tidying Up The Existing Greenery And Introducing New Plantings, Reconstruction Of Part Of The Parking Lot Into A Pedestrian Access To The Building, Parking Spaces And A Fire Route, Lighting, Small Architecture. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop A Construction Design Which, After Approval, Will Be The Basis For The Implementation Of A Multi-Discipline Technical Design Based On The Approved Construction Design. Technical Designs Broken Down Into Individual Industries (Including: - Architectural Design, - Structural Design, - Sanitary Installation Design (Including Central Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Water And Sewage, Hydrant, Mechanical Ventilation, Including Connection Heating - If Required), - Design Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations (Including External And Internal Led Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Surge Protection, Internet, Telephone, Alarm, Anti-Icing, Lightning Protection) - Photovoltaic Installation Design - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates; 6. The Project Should Include The Renovation Of The Façade Of The Existing Building Being Expanded In A Manner Consistent With The Extension. 7. Requirements Set For The Contractor By The Ordering Party In Relation To The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Will Obtain A Current Map For Design Purposes, 2) After Concluding The Agreement, Before Commencing Design Work, The Contractor And The Ordering Party Should Conduct A Site Survey In Order To Discuss Design Proposals, 3) The Designer Must Present Design Solutions To The Ordering Party Within 30 Days Of Concluding The Contract. The Design Solutions, After Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval, Will Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Continue Further Design Work, 4) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Obtain, For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Legally Required Consents, Opinions And Decisions Enabling Obtaining A Building Permit. Originals Of The Above-Mentioned The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Documents To The Ordering Party Together With The Documentation. 5) The Contractor Should Obtain Arrangements With Pgk Sp. Z O. O. In Słupsk In The Scope Of Expansion Of The Garbage Shelter And The Opinion Of The Municipal Social Council For The Disabled In The Scope Of Accessibility For The Disabled,6) Before Submitting The Design Documentation To The Construction Administration In Order To Obtain A Building Permit, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Approval Of The Employer And A Positive Opinion Of The Spatial Policy Department At The City Hall In Słupsk,7) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree The Project With The City Aesthetics Team Operating At The Spatial Policy Department Of The City Hall In Słupsk,
