The Purchasers Involved In The Procurement Can Be The Cities Of Kangasala, Nokia, Orivesi And Ylöjärvi, As Well As The Municipalities Of Lempäälä, Pirkkala And Vesilahti (Hereafter Kehyskunnat). Subsidiaries Of The Aforementioned Cities And Municipalities Can Also Be Subscribers. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Installed Solar Power Plants Delivered To Kehyskunti, As Well As Other Products And Services Related To Solar Power Plants, Such As Design, Monitoring Systems And Components. During The Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System, All Interested Candidates Or Their Associations Can Apply To Participate In The System. Procurement Is Carried Out Among Suppliers Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System Through Dpss Internal Tenders, Which Can Be Scheduled For The Entire Duration Of The Procurement Phase Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Participating In The System Does Not Mean Direct Participation In Tendered Procurements, But After Acceptance, The Candidate Must Separately Submit A Bid To Open Dps Internal Tenders. In Dpss Internal Tenders, The Detailed Characteristics And Procurement Conditions Of The Solar Power Plants To Be Tendered At Any Given Time Are Defined In More Detail. The Criteria For The Overall Economic Advantage Of Internal Tenders, I.E. Site-Specific Tenders, Are Defined In More Detail In The Request For Tenders For Each Procurement. For Each Internal Procurement Of The Dynamic Procurement System, A Bid Is Requested In The Electronic Bidding System.
