The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of A Specialized Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Car With Equipment As Part Of The Project Retrofitting The Bęczków Volunteer Fire Department Unit With A Car And Equipment/Equipment Used In Rescue And Fire-Fighting Operations And When Removing The Effects Of Environmental Threats 1.1. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 7, Which Must Be Completed (Indicate The Names And Offered Technical And Functional Parameters, Software) And Delivered Before Signing The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors Submitting Offers, In Addition To Confirming Their Compliance With The Invitation To Tender With A General Declaration, To Specify The Subject Of The Offer By Indicating The Specific Solutions Offered And The Required Documents. 1.2. Unless The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In Annex 7 Indicates Otherwise, The Given Parameters Are Minimum Parameters. 1.3. Indication Of Common Names Or Manufacturers In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Serves Only To Determine Technical And Qualitative Features. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Vehicles Or Devices He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements. All Devices Must Enable Joint Operation Within A Given Part Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Equipment.
