Organization Of Architectural Design Contests – Competition Aimed At Appointing A Team Of Project Authors For A Study Mission And Monitoring The Execution Of The Work Aimed At The Construction Of A New Endurance Tower, A Footbridge , A Shop And An Annex To The Foguenne Farm At The Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps.. Competition Aimed At Appointing A Team Of Project Authors For A Study Mission And Monitoring The Execution Of The Work Aimed At The Construction Of A New Endurance Tower, A Footbridge, A Shop And Of An Annex To The Foguenne Farm At The Spa-Francorchamps Circuit. The Spa-Francorchamps Circuit Aims To Completely Rethink The Ster Entrance Gate, The Main Access Gate To Its Site. The Circuit’S Desire Is To Create A “World-Class” Entry. In Addition To The Landscaping Which Will Be Worked Elsewhere, The Objective Of This Project Submitted To The Reflection Of The Project Authors Is To Replace Several Buildings (Or Part Of Them) Which Have Become Obsolete Or Whose Style Does Not Contribute To Harmony Of The Place, Through Constructions Designed To Welcome Visitors And/Or Intended To Become New Emblems For The Spa-Francorchamps Circuit. This Project Has 5 Linked Components:  Redevelopment Of The Foguenne Farm And Construction Of A Reception And Office Complex At The Entrance To The Circuit: This Component Involves The Demolition Of Part Of The Foguenne Farm, An Awning, Tanks And The Inerting Of The Slurry Pit And The Construction Of An Annex To The Preserved Building In Order To Provide A Reception Area, Public Toilets And Offices And Meeting Rooms For The Circuit De Spa Teams. Francorchamps.  Construction Of A Shop/Sanitary Unit In The Fanzone And Decoration Of The Ster Tbgt: This Component Aims To Construct A Shop/Sanitary Unit At The Entrance To The Fanzone In Connection With The Footbridge Discussed Below. Given The Proximity Of The Ster Tgbt Building, Its Renovation Will Also Be Part Of The Mission;  Construction Of A Pedestrian Bridge Connecting The Tower To The Fan Zone: This Component Aims To Construct A Pedestrian Connection Overlooking The Track In The Form Of A Footbridge Allowing Access To The Tower From The Fan Zone And Vice Versa;  Construction Of A New “Endurance” Podium: This Component Aims To Replace The Endurance Podium Which Has Become Obsolete With A New Podium Linked To The New Tower And The Footbridge Overlooking The Track;  Demolition And Reconstruction Of The Endurance Tower: This Component Aims To Construct A New Emblematic Tower In Place Of The Current Endurance Tower Allowing It To Accommodate Simracing Type Activities On The Ground And 1St Floor And The Reception Area Of High Standard On The 2Nd, 3Rd And 4 Floors And A Rooftop Reception Space On The Roof Of The Tower. In Application Of Articles 20 And 21 Of The Law Relating To Public Contracts, The Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps Has Chosen The Competition By Open Procedure As Its Method Of Award. The Competition Is A Procedure Allowing A Contracting Authority To Acquire A Plan Or Project, On The Basis Of A Choice Made By A Jury Using Evaluation Criteria. This Competition Will Result In The Award Of A Public Contract
