Request for proposals are invited for Develop Mobile Application III. Objectives of the assignment: To ensure that the proposed application is applicable in using both Android and IOS smartphone To ensure that the development of this app is friendly use with the interface of both Android and IOS smartphone The developer shall provide 5 five-year maintenance service for the mobile application and server, starting from the launching of the mobile app Process of evaluation: The following evaluation process will be used: Step 1: Check the documents confirming that the company is registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia to carry out construction work or supply in Cambodia . Step 2: After completing the first step, ActionAid Cambodia will evaluate the remaining proposals based on the following criteria (see more details in file attached) Content of submit proposal: All requests must comply with the requirements, including the following attachments: Interesting of this bidding Draft estimate expense of budget (Form by supplier) Plan of the timeframe of this scope of work Supplier attachments with documents such as: certificates of registration company, VA registration.
