Expression of Interest For Training Of Liquid Soap

Tenders are invited for Training of Sixty (60) Women and Youth on Liquid Soap and Detergent Production in Magwi County, Eastern Equatoria State, Republic of South Sudan. Consultant Responsibilities: Demonstrate capacity for supply chain ingredients and materials needed for making the liquid soap preferably with the presence of a local store in Juba for required liquid soap chemicals. Conduct a training needs assessment to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by the target group of vulnerable women. Develop a comprehensive liquid soap-making training curriculum that is: o Culturally appropriate and gender sensitive. o Delivered in a clear and understandable manner. o Adapted to the local context and available resources. o Aligned with basic business principles for potential income generation. Facilitate interactive training workshops on liquid soap making, covering topics such as: o Health and safety procedures o Soap base selection and formulation o Manufacturing processes (mixing, coloring, scenting) o Quality control measures o Basic costing and pricing o Marketing and sales techniques Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the participants after the training to address challenges and answer questions. Develop a monitoring and evaluation plan to assess the effectiveness of the training program.
