The Purpose Of This Rfp Is To Receive Proposals For Pension Administration, Actuarial Services, Pension Consulting And Investment Consulting For Bclc’S Registered Pension Plan (Rpp) And Supplementary Pension Plan (Spp) Defined Benefit Plans. Bclc Also Has A Post-Retirement Benefits Plan (Prbp). While The Prpb Is Not Within The Scope Of This Rfp The Successful Proponent Will Need To Collaborate With The Actuary For The Prbp On Items Such As Assumptions Used And In Providing Combined Reports.Bclc Is Seeking A Full-Service Model That Will Streamline Business Processes, Lower Costs, Encourage Knowledge Sharing Between Service Areas, Provide System Automation, And Simplify Reporting.Bclc Uses Bonfire For All Documents And Submissions.
