The Subject Of The Order In The Public Procurement Procedure Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And The Construction/Renovation Of Bathrooms In The City Hall Building In Szczytno (Registered Plot No. 183/1, Registration District No. 1, City Of Szczytno).2. The Scope Of Design Work Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And Other Documents Required By Applicable Law, Including The Construction Law, Along With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit / Submitting A Valid Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Accepted Without Protest By The Competent Authority (Pnb/Zr) In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular Construction Law,3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes Comprehensive Execution Of All Construction Works In The Field Of Preparatory, Demolition, Construction, Assembly, Installation, General Construction And Finishing Works Necessary To Perform And Complete The Task, Ensuring The Creation Of A Fully Functional Facility, Ready For Operation And Use. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction/Technical Design For The Renovation Of Toilets Agreed With The Warmian-Masurian Monuments Conservator And The Ordering Party, 2) Renovation Of Toilet Rooms On The Ground Floor With Full Adaptation For Disabled People And Caregivers With Small Children, While Maintaining The Rigors Of Accessibility Standards Plus, 3) Renovation Of Toilets On The First Floor While Maintaining The Rigors Of Accessibility Plus Standards, 4) Construction Works In The Field Of Reconstruction Of Partition Walls In Toilet Rooms, 5) Renovation Of Ceilings, Floors, Doors And Windows, 6) Replacement/Construction Of Electrical And Water Installations , Sewage, Ventilation, 7) Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations In Terms Of Risers And Levels (Including In The Basement To The First Well Behind The External Wall) For Renovated Bathrooms, 8) Installation Of New Basic And Emergency Lighting In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 9) Installation Of Power Supply All Designed Electrical Devices That Will Be Covered By The Design Documentation.10) Moving The It Cabinet From Room 4 On The Ground Floor To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.5. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 8A To The Swz.
