1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Order Entitled Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Polanka Municipal Recreation Center2. This Investment Is Intended For Co-Financing From The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program, In Accordance With The Initial Promise No. Edition 8/2023/1789/Polskilad, Which Specifies, Among Others: Sources Of Financing And The Terms And Conditions Of Awarding And Settling The Public Procurement And Concerns The Implementation By The Garbatka-Letnisko Commune Of The Order Entitled: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Polanka Municipal Recreation Center 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Stages: Stage I: 1) Reconstruction Of The Recreational Pier And Cofferdam With Flow Windows (In The Design Documentation Defined As Stage Ii);2) Reconstruction Of The Damming And Discharge Structure (Weir) And Desilting Of The Reservoir Basin (In The Design Documentation Defined As Stage Iii). The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz. Note! The Documentation Contains Three Stages, Of Which Stage 1 Has Been Completed! Stage Ii:1) Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Polanka Municipal Recreation Center Through Renovation And Construction Works Introducing New Functions In The Facility, As Well As Improving The Condition Of The Existing Elements Of The Recreation Complex2) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula And Equipment Of The Facility, In The Scope Of Development Of Public Space On The Premises Of The Polanki Kow, Including Obtaining The Necessary Approvals, Decisions, Opinions, Including Building Permits, Occupancy Decisions, And Performing Authors Supervision. Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation And Equipment Operation And Maintenance Instructions.4. General Guidelines And Expected Functionalities: 4.1 The Intention Includes The Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Design Documentation And The Functional And Utility Program. The Scope Of The Planned Project Includes The Preparation Of Construction Designs, Detailed Designs, Investor Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities, Detailed Technical Specifications Along With The Approval Of Technical Documentation And The Implementation Of The Construction Project.
