Rynek 17, 17-120 Brańsk As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age Maluch+ 2022-2029. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Inside The Building: Reconstruction Of Partition Walls To Provide The Necessary Rooms For A New Function Of The Premises. Widening The Existing Door Opening In The Internal Load-Bearing Wall [To Connect Rooms] And Carving A New Door Opening In The Load-Bearing Wall [Entrance To The Disabled Toilet]. Bricking Up The Opening] And Inserting External Doors. Construction Renovation Works: Installation Of New Flooring Layers, Installation Of New Plasters, Installation Of Water And Sewage Lines, Installation Of Suspended Ceilings, Replacement Of External Entrance Doors, Painting And Renovation Works Electrical And Sanitary Installations With Adaptation To The New Function.2) Outside The Building: [Concerning The Building] - Protection Of External Wall Elements To The Fire Resistance Of Rei 120 And Ei60 On Indicated Sections Of Walls On The Ground Floor [Building No. 17 And 19] By Replacing The Insulation These Walls Made Of Polystyrene With Insulation Made Of Non-Flammable Stone Wool. Notes: 1) In The Event Of A Collision With Existing Devices And Technical Infrastructure Facilities, The Contractor Will Relocate Or Secure The Above-Mentioned Equipment As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Functionally Suitable For The Required Use, And With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Of The Product Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In Case Of Doubt, The Parameters Of The Product Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Considered Minimum.1.7.
