The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Cash Register Building, Protection Of The External Walls Of Czorsztyn Castle By Building A Stone Crown Of The Walls And Protecting Them With A Hydrophobic Preparation Against Water Penetration, Demolition Of The Technical Building And Temporary Fences, Construction Of A Wooden Fence, Replacement Of The Entrance Gate And Changing Its Opening Direction. The Contractor Is To Ensure The Performance Of Archaeological And Architectural Research And Archaeological Supervision Along With The Preparation Of Documentation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of July 27, 2011 (Journal Of Laws 2011.165.987) And The Standards Of The National Heritage Institute. After Completing The Research, The Area Should Be Restored To Its Original Condition. The Discovered Elements, After Consultation With The Investor Or His Representatives, Should Be, In The Case Of Immovable Finds, Secured By Backfilling Or Other Available Security Techniques And, In The Case Of Movable Objects, Preserved And Handed Over To The Investor. The Documentation Should Be Submitted In Paper Form (5 Copies) And In Electronic Form (*Doc, *Dwg, *Pdf). The Scope Of Work Includes Design Documentation Prepared By Arch. Eng. Piotr Stępień From 2016, Program For Technical Protection Of Perimeter Stone Walls By Dr. Eng. Stanisław Karczmarczyk And Stwiorb By M.Sc. Eng. Marek Nowak - Annex No. 4 To The Swz And Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Works Are Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I - Superstructure Of The Walls, Archaeological Research, Construction Of The Cash Register Building In The Shell Stage Stage Ii - Turnkey Construction Of The Building, Demolition Of The Technical Building, Construction Of A Fence, Replacement Of The Entrance Gate. The Contractor Will Submit It For Approval Before Starting The Works. Project To Secure Tourist Traffic At The Castle. The Works Must Not Interrupt Existing Tourist Traffic. The Detailed Method Of Rebuilding The Walls And The Execution Of Details Related To The Replacement Of The Gate Should Be Presented In The Appropriate Design Documentation And Agreed With The Ordering Designer, The Investors Supervision Inspector And The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. Before Starting Work, A Conservation Permit Must Also Be Obtained. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Recommendations Of The Investor, Designer And Investor Supervision Inspectors And Applicable Ppn Standards. All Documentation Must Be Taken Into Account. If An Element Appears In Only One Of The Documents, It Should Be Included In The Valuation. The Valuation And Settlement Of Works Is A Lump Sum. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Order On Site And Perform The Task Both In Accordance With The Design And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice And The Functional Properties Of The Facility. After Signing The Contract And Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Written Approval Of The Materials, The Parameters Of Which Should Be Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation. Field Visit Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Submitted Offer, The Participation Of The Employers Representative Is Required In A Site Visit To The Site Of The Planned Works Before The Valuation Of The Submitted Tender Offer. The Date Of The On-Site Visit Is June 19, 2024 At 1:00 P.M. Within This Period, You Can Obtain Detailed Information About The Order On-Site. An Offer Submitted In The Procedure By A Contractor Who Did Not Participate In The On-Site Visit Results In Rejection Of The Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Specification Is Accompanied By A Contract Template Containing, Among Others, Scope Of Work And Contractual Penalties For Failure To Meet The Order Completion Deadline. 2. The Ordering Party Will Not Conclude A Framework Agreement.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Specified In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.
