1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Sewage Compressor Station In Pomiłowo, Commune. Sławno In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Implementing Regulations And Obtaining Permission To Use The Completed Sanitary Sewage Networks.2. The Subject Of The Order Specifies: 1) Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And A Pressure Sewage System With A Sewage Pumping Station In The Town Of Pomiłowo, Commune. Sławno;2) Sketch Of The Sewage Compressor Station. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment For The Tank Of The Sewage Compressor Station In Pomiłowo, Sławno Commune. In 2022, A Tank Was Constructed With A Connection To The Gravity And Pressure Sewage Systems. The Following Should Be Made In The Tank: 1) A Concrete Screed At The Bottom Of The Tank (A Pipe For The Pump Should Be Made In The Screed); 2) Compressor Station Equipment, Complete Technology (Compressor Station Tank, Distributor, Retention Tank Of The Compressor Station, Solids Separators, Gate Valves, Ladder, Working Platform, Piping, Pumps, Drainage Pump, Fan); 3) Compressor Station Ventilation, Ventilation Should Be Made Of Acid-Resistant Pipes, Wall Thickness 2 Mm; 4) Control System; 5) Electrical Installation Of The Compressor Station Tank And Installation Of The Control Switchboard Along With The Approach To The Electricity Meter Cabinet. 4. Other Requirements Of The Employer Towards The Contractor As Part Of The Agreed Remuneration: 1) Before Installing The Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply For Product Approval And Obtain Approval From The Investors Supervision For The Material (The Application Template Will Be Developed By The Contractor In Consultation With The Investors Supervision Inspector); 2) Active Capacity Pumping Station Module Must Be Supported By Calculations.3) Indirect Solids Separation System Based On A Horizontal Solids Separator Cooperating With Each Pump.4) The Sewage Pumping Station Module Must Include: A) Elbow Check Ball Valves On The Inlet And Discharge, Minimum Dn80;B) Pn 10 Knife Gate Valves With A Handwheel;C) Pn 10 Knife Gate Valve With A Handwheel On The Inlet;D) Rk Pipe And Flange Connector For Connecting The Gravity Sewer.5) The Pumping Station Tank Must Be Equipped With An Additional Sewage Level Sensor, Which Takes Over The Control Of The Pumps In In The Event Of A Hydrostatic Probe Failure.6) The Pumping Station Must Also Have Large Inspection Rooms, Which Allows For Easy Access For Cleaning Inside And Checking The Technical Condition Of The Retention Chambers And Its Individual Components.7) The Pumping Station Must Have Gate Valves That Cut Off The Inflow Of Sewage Into A Particular Part Of The Tank. This Allows For The Following Possibilities: A) Opening The Separator Without The Need To Empty The Retention Tank, B) Cutting Off The Inflow To One Separator And The Pump, Which Allows For Easy Maintenance Work Without Having To Shut Down The Entire Compressor Station. 8) The Compressor Station Should Meet The Following Conditions: A ) There Should Be Direct Access To The Separator Without Shutting Down The Pump, B) It Must Be Equipped With Shut-Off Valves Before The Separators And After The Pumps, Enabling Service Activities To Be Performed Without Taking The Compressor Station Out Of Service.9) The Compressor Station Tank Is To Be Made Of Acid-Resistant Steel 1.4301 As A Monolith Ensuring 100 % Tightness Of All Connections And Resistant To Groundwater. It Is Not Allowed To Make The Sewage Pumping Station Tank From Carbon Sheet Covered With Corrosion-Preventing Composites And Pehd.10) The Straining Element Of The Separator Should Be Located Outside The Retention Tank, Which Allows Access To The Separators From The Outside Without The Need To Dismantle The Pumps. Two Independent Separators - One For Each Pump.11) The Module Must Have Such A Structure That It Can Be Cleaned With A Slurry Tanker Without The Need To Dismantle The Separator.12) Access To The Separator Should Be Possible Without Dismantling The Sewage Pumping Station Tank.13) The Pumps Must Be Single-Stage, Monoblock Centrifugal Driven By 3-Phase Asynchronous Motors; 50 Hz. Two Mechanical Seals And A Separating Oil Chamber Guarantee Protection Of The Pump Motor. Mechanical Seals, Independent Of The Direction Of Rotation, With Silicon Carbide Sliding Surfaces Ensuring High Durability And Operational Reliability. All Pump Elements In Contact With The Pumped Medium (Pump Body, Impeller, Inlet Cover, Due To The Possibility Of Pumping Large Amounts Of Abrasive Elements That May Be In The Sewage (E.G. Sand, Gravel, Etc.), Must Be Made Of Chrome Cast Iron Resistant To Abrasion, Marked According To The Pn-88/H-8314 Standard As Chrome Cast Iron Zbcr32. 14) Elbow Check Valves Should Be Used On Both The Inlet And Discharge Sides.15) The Separator Should Consist Of A Pipe-Shaped Body With A Straining Partition. Be Made Of Rods Of Various Lengths Attached Circumferentially To The Hole In The Body. The Flange To Which The Rods Are Attached Has A Circular Shape With Longer Rods Attached Circumferentially And Perpendicular To The Flange, Located Parallel To Each Other, And Shorter Rods Also Located Circumferentially And Inclined Towards Each Other, Creating The Outline Of A Cone. Longer Bars Placed Parallel To Each Other Should Have Outward Bends At The End, And Inwardly Inclined Bars Should Be Attached On The Outer Circumference Of The Shorter Bars. 16) A Slow-Flow, Ball-Type, Knee Check Valve Should Be Connected To The Inflow Separation System, Ensuring A Free, Uninterrupted Inflow Of Sewage And Solid Contaminants.17) Due To The Compatibility Of The System, The Manufacturer Of The Compressor Station Module Must Also Be The Manufacturer Of The Control Automation System.18) The Module Manufacturer The Compressor Station Is Also To Be The Manufacturer Of Pumps.19) Changing The Parameters Of The Device To A Device Other Than That Described In The Specification Forces The Device Supplier To Recalculate The Sewage Network System And Obtain The Consent Of The Ordering Party And The Designer.20) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Surface After The Works; 21) As Part Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Carry Out All Necessary Tests, Flushing And Tests Completed With An Appropriate Protocol In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Along With The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 22) The Contractor Is Responsible For Preparing And Maintaining The Site And Construction Facilities, And In Particular Its Supervision; 23) The Contractor Will Demolish The Construction Site At Its Own Expense And Restore The Area To A Proper Condition;24) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way That There Is No Damage To Facilities And Infrastructure Located On The Construction Site And Not Subject To Reconstruction And Located Outside The Construction Site. In The Event Of Damage To These Facilities Or Infrastructure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Damage Or Restore These Facilities Or Infrastructure;25) As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Supply The Construction Site With Electricity And Water Using His Own Efforts, On The Terms Agreed With The Owners Of These Utilities;26) The Contractor, If He Deems It Necessary, Will Ensure The Protection Of Property Located On The Construction Site, The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For The Contractors Property;27) The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Construction Site In Accordance With The Requirements Of Proper Waste Management And In A Way That Ensures Protection Of Atmospheric Air Against Pollution, Including Also By Using Efficient And Properly Operated Equipment And The Least Acoustically Burdensome Technology Of Carrying Out Works;28) The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Construction Waste In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations;29) If Polish Or European Standards, Signs Are Indicated In The Design Documentation Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation; In The Case Of Designed System Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Corresponding System Solutions.5. The Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party And Signing (Without Comments) Of The Final Protocol. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period Be Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Granted. The Warranty Covers The Facility And Its Equipment, I.E. All Devices And Infrastructure Elements Installed By The Contractor.6. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In Materials And Equipment Presented In The Tender Offer, Provided That These Changes Will Be Beneficial To The Ordering Party. These Will Include, For Example, Circumstances: Resulting In A Reduction In The Cost Incurred By The Ordering Party For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract, Resulting In Improved Technical Parameters, Resulting From Updating Solutions Due To Technological Progress Or Changes In Applicable Regulations. The Changes Must Be Approved By The Investor Supervision.
