1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals, Including Breakfast And A Two-Course Dinner For A Maximum Of 30 Participants Of The Senior+ Day Care Home In Rypin. 2) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Particular In: A) Preparing And Delivering Ready-Made Meals For The Residents Of The Senior+ Day Care Home In Rypin, 87-500 Rypin, Ul. Mławska 54 D, B) Delivering Meals To Participants In Containers Ensuring The Temperature Required By The Ordering Party And Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions Applicable To Collective Catering, C) Delivering Meals No Earlier Than 15 Minutes Before The Scheduled Time Of Serving, I.E.: Breakfast At 8:45 Meal Serving Time 9:00; Lunch At 12:45 Meal Serving Time 1:00 P.M. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize Work In Such A Way That Meals Are Served At The Agreed Times. In Exceptional Situations, After Prior Arrangement, Delivery May Take Place At Other Times, E.G. Due To Celebrations Organized At The Senior+ Day Care Center In Rypin, Trips, Etc. The Contractor Will Be Informed About Any Changes At Least 3 Days In Advance. D) Obligations Described Above Will Be Performed Every Day, On Working Days From Monday To Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).3) The Expected Maximum Number Of Meals (Portions) During The Duration Of The Contract Is: A) Breakfasts - 3,840 Meals, B) Two-Course Dinners – 3,840 Meals,4) The Number Of Ordered Meals May Change Due To The Variable Attendance Of Facility Participants. The Quantity May Also Change, E.G. Due To Its Closure, Which The Ordering Party Was Unable To Predict Earlier. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Variable Daily Demand For The Number Of Meals During The Execution Of The Order.5) The Ordering Party Will Inform About The Number Of Ordered Breakfasts By 2.00 P.M.
