The Scope And General Requirements Are Included In The Annexes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2.2. Determination Of The Subject Matter And The Size Or Scope Of The Order: Delivery And Installation Of A Solar Power Plant Consisting Of A Set Of Photovoltaic Modules (27 Modules Of 375 Wp Each - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of A Different Number Of Modules And Their Size As Long As They Fit On The Roof And The Indicators Indicated Below Are Maintained) With The Following Power Indicators: - Connection Voltage U = 230/400V - Minimum Installed Power Pdc = 10.1 Kw - Maximum Output Power Minimum Pac = 10 Kw - Average Annual Energy Production Minimum E = 8800 Kwh. Installation Of Panels On The Roof Of An Existing Building In Accordance With The Indications On Attached Roof Drawing (E-19) Through Structures For Mounting Modules On Flat Roofs, With Concrete Ballast And A Wind Girder. Ballast Structures Should Be Placed On Insulating Pads Dedicated By The Manufacturer Of A Given Structure. Aluminum Profiles Dedicated To Mounting Modules Should Be Placed On The Roof Covering And Loaded In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Structure Manufacturer. Panel Inclination 28. The Proposed Structure Is To Ensure Stable Mounting Of The Modules And Resistance To Weather Conditions For A Minimum Of 25 Years. Install The Panels In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Of The Device Manufacturer. The Method Of Installation And The Elements Included In It Are In Accordance With The Attached Diagram Of Connecting Photovoltaic Panels (Fig. E-7) And The Technical Description Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Point 21 Photovoltaic Installation And 22. The Installation Should Also Include A Lightning Protection Installation Related To The Photovoltaic Installation.3. Additional Requirements For Order Fulfillment.3.1. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Free From Defects And Damage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Swz.3.2. Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Order.3.3. The Required Quality Warranty Period Is – Min. 2 Years.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Written Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By The Representatives Of The Parties. The Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee Are Specified In The Contractors Warranty Card Issued And Delivered To The Ordering Party And In The Manufacturers Warranty Cards For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order.3.5. The Contractor Will Deliver And Install The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3.6. The Place Of Delivery And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order Is: Ul. Goniądzka 21, 16-150 Suchowola.3.7. Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Checking The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Order With The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contractors Offer.3.8. A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Will Be Prepared Regarding The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.
