Quotation are invited for Implement The "Job Skills Academy" Program Job Skills Academy The program supports Mission Goal 2 to promote economic security by increasing access to the job market and creating innovative paths. Goals: 1. Provide interactive training in essential soft skills, business English, entrepreneurship, and digital skills to boost job market readiness. 2. Foster economic empowerment and professional development opportunities for Egyptian youth. 3. Increase access to the job market and create innovative career pathways. 4. Promote understanding of U.S. perspectives in entrepreneurship and employment skills. Programming: 1. Conduct four rounds of the "Job Skills Academy" program, each spanning three months with 30-40 participants. 2. Target university students, recent graduates, professionals, and women from Delta, Canal, Upper Egypt, and underrepresented governorates. 3. Train at least 200 participants over the 12-month program, with at least 50% women participation. 4. Include online, in-person, and hybrid program components. 5. Deliver one round in offsite locations, targeting a different governorate each month in Delta, Canal, and Upper Egypt. 6. Provide training in soft skills, business English, entrepreneurship, and digital skills through workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions. 7. Collaborate with U.S. experts, organizations, or institutions to promote understanding of U.S. perspectives in relevant fields. The selected vendor will work closely with the ACC team in developing the comprehensive implementation plan and curriculum for each program round. Typical program activities will include workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions focused on the specified skill areas. The content should derive from available resources in the Egyptian and U.S. contexts, featuring engaging activities mindful of copyright restrictions.
