    Quotation are invited for CAI PDS/ACC: America 201 Program The American Center Cairo (ACC), Public Diplomacy Section (PDS), U.S. Embassy Cairo of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations or individuals to submit applications to implement the America 201 program. The program aims to improve English language and soft skills of the target audience while providing them with a better understanding of U.S. policies, culture, and society. The America 201 Series is a 10-month program consisting of 10 monthly rounds, each focusing on a different aspect of the U.S. Each round will comprise 40-50 participants, targeting higher intermediate English learners, ages 18-35 from professional and civil society backgrounds, plus alumni of previous iterations of the America 101 series. The program will provide next level language and soft skills acquisition, including debating, public speaking, critical thinking, and creative thinking to promote a better understanding of the United States and counteract misinformation campaigns. Participation of women and underrepresented groups is encouraged. The program should reach at least 600 participants over its 10-month class duration.
