    Quotation are invited for Regional Digital Summit The American Center Cairo (ACC), Public Diplomacy Section (PDS), U.S. Embassy Cairo of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations or individuals to submit applications to implement the Regional Digital Summit The program supports mission Goal 4 for youth participation in democracy and governance. Goals: 1. Promote conscious and critical use of media and digital technologies among 30 youth participants by providing information and training on current, relevant topics and themes. 2. Encourage responsible media production by empowering individuals to create and share media content ethically, responsibly, and with awareness of its potential impact on others. 3. Provide networking opportunities for at least 200 creators from across the North Africa region and connect them with U.S. counterparts. Programming: 1. Deliver a three-day online summit featuring: a. Media literacy seminars on topics like countering disinformation, hate speech, and negative stereotypes. b. Digital creation master classes. c. Specialized workshops for up to 30 participants, including an ethical content creation competition. d. Seminars and public talks accommodating at least 200 regional attendees. 2. Address opportunities and challenges presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or other relevant topics affecting global and regional media landscapes. 3.
