Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The Site Supervision Consultancy Services are extensive and covers all aspects required for the successful completion of the works. Site supervision consultancy services for two separate projects, namely Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Trunk Sewer Phase 1 and Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Trunk Sewer Phase 2. Both projects involve the construction of deep gravity trunk sewers using the micro-tunnelling method. The consultant is expected to fulfill the role of both a consultant and a quantity surveyor for the Post-Contract Site Supervision Consultancy Services. Each project is estimated to have a construction duration of 24 months, followed by a 24-month Defects Liability Period (DLP).
