RENOVATION OF W.R. BANKS CHILD DEVELOPMENT BUILDING PROJECT .Texassouthern University (Tsu) Proposes To Renovate The Existing W.R. Banks Childdevelopment Laboratory For The Tsu Institute For Urban Health And Housingequity. The Renovation Includes Approximately 4,500 Square Feet Ofinterior Space. The Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Newceilings, Millwork, Flooring, New Doors And Frames, Wall Finishes, Minimalre-Work Of Wall Locations, Installation Of New Operable Panel Partition, Newaudio-Visual Equipment And Infrastructure, Signage, New Custom Reception Desk,Re-Work Of Existing Storefront To Install New Pass-Through Door, Electrical Andplumbing. Electrical Work Includes But Is Not Limited To Modifying Powerlocations To Accommodate New Work, New Receptacles, New Led Lighting, Andrelocation Of Existing Facp. Plumbing Work Includes But Is Not Limited Toremoval And Replacement Of All Plumbing Fixtures And Minimal Re-Work Of Underslab Piping To Install New Fixtures In New Locations. Mechanical Scopewill Be Under A Separate Contract Direct With Tsu. Respondents Are Invited To Submit A Written Responseoutlining Their Qualifications And Experience In Accordance With The Terms,Conditions, And Requirements Set Forth In The Request For Proposal (Rfp). Thescope Of Services Should Reflect All Applicable Laws, Regulations, Andprofessional Standards.
