1, Proceedings For The Award Of A Public Procurement Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works In An Open Tender Procedure Consisting In The Construction Of A Deep Well At The Water Treatment Plant In Konopki Nowe. The Task Includes, Among Others: 1. Preparation Of Geological Documentation Of The Intake 1 Piece, 2. Construction Of A Well Hole 1 Pcs., 3. Installation Of A Submersible Pump With Pump 1 Pc., 4. Construction Of A Complete Above-Ground Well Casing 1 Pc., 5. Construction Of The Necessary Raw Water Pipelines Connecting The Designed Well With The Suw Building And The Necessary Electrical Installations 1 Pc., 6. Execution Electrical Installations From The Deep Well To The Suw Building 1 Pc., 7. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Hydrogeological + Water Law Report) Along With Physico-Chemical And Bacteriological Tests Of Water. 1 Pc.2. Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes At A Scale Of 1:500, 3. Obtaining And Verifying All Data Necessary To Complete The Project And Developing A Map For Design Purposes At A Scale Of 1:500 For The Project Area; Execution, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2000, No. 106, Item 1126, As Amended), Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program,4. Carrying Out Geological Research In Order To Find The Most Favorable Place For Locating A New Deep Well, 5. Preparing A Design Of Geological Works, 6. Carrying Out Drilling Works And Hydrogeological Tests, 7. Developing The Required Hydrogeological Documentation Of The Water Intake, 8. Carrying Out Geological Supervision Of The Works, 9. Carrying Out Necessary Tests, Laboratory Tests, 10. Development Of The Required Hydrogeological Documentation, 11. Performance Of The Full Scope Of Works Included In The Projects, 12. Ensuring Full Geodetic Services At The Stage Of Execution Of Works, 13. Performance Of Necessary Accompanying Works (E.G. Organization Of The Construction Site, During The Implementation Period , Offices, Construction Facilities, Tidying Up The Area After The Works, Etc.), 14. Commissioning And Commissioning And Handing Over The Facility Ready For Operation After Achieving The Assumed Technical Effect, 15. Training The Staff Of The Future User Of The Constructed Facilities, 16. Instructions And Markings Of The Facilities In Accordance With Regulation Of The Minister Of Spatial Management And Construction Of October 1, 1993. Regarding Occupational Health And Safety 17. Service Services During The Warranty Period - Required Response Time To Remove The Failure - 24 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Form Of Notification And Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Notification, Including The Persons Responsible For Confirming The Notification, Their Telephone Numbers, Fax Numbers And E-Mail. 18. Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required By Specific Regulations, Necessary To Obtain Consent To Use And Operate The Facility. 19. The Contractor Shall Comply With Patent Laws And Shall Be Fully Responsible For Complying With Any Legal Requirements Relating To The Use Of Patented Devices Or Methods And Shall Continuously Inform The Engineer Of Its Activities By Providing Copies Of Permits And Other Relevant Documents.20. When Designing And Implementing The Described Scope Of Works, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Fact That During Construction Works, The Water Treatment Plant Must Ensure Continuous Operation In Order To Ensure Continuity Of Water Supply. The Implementation Will Take Place While The Facilities Are Operational, Hence The Need To Adopt Such A Sequence Of Works And Organization To Meet This Condition. The Assumptions And Requirements Presented In The Functional And Utility Program Should Be Used As The Basis For The Development Of Designs And Execution Of Works, Which Will Allow The Expected Investment Effect To Be Achieved In Technical Terms. Design Solutions, Materials Used And The Quality Of Works Performed Should Ensure High Durability And Reliability As Well As The Possibility Of Failure-Free Operation In Variable Operating Conditions, Predictable At The Design And Construction Stage. 21. The Selection Of Technical Parameters Of Materials Should Be Based On The Analysis Of Actual Working Conditions.22. Construction Of A Deep Well. The Construction Of A Deep Well Should Be Designed And Constructed On The Premises Of The Water Treatment Plant, I.E. On Plot No. 5/2, Konopki Wielkie District, Miłki Commune. Currently, There Are Two Deep Wells In This Area: Well No. 2, 1973, Depth 55 M, Efficiency 18 M3/H With A Depression Of 25 M. Well No. 3, 1986, Depth 54 M, Efficiency 31 M3/H With A Depression Of 14 M.23. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Construct A Complete, Ready-For-Use Deep Well With A Capacity Of At Least 30 M3/H. The Design Documentation Should: 23.1 Prepare A Design Of Geological Works, 23.2 Perform Drilling Works And Hydrogeological Tests, 23.3 Develop The Required Hydrogeological Documentation Of The Water Intake, 23.4 Obtain Decisions On Environmental Conditions, 23.5 Prepare A Water Law Report, 23.6 Prepare The Required Documentation For The Well Casing, 23.7 Design The Casing Well, 23.8 Design A Section Of The Water Supply System, 24. Well Hole 24.1 Made Using The Percussion Technique, 24.2 Diameter Of At Least Dn 250 Made Of Solid Pvc-U Pipes 24.3 Slit Filter Wrapped With Stilon Mesh, 24.4 Stainless Steel Flanged Pump Pipes, 24.5 Submersible Pump With Capacity Adapted To Capacity Of The Deep Well And Suw, 24.6 Deep Well Casing Dn 2000 And H = 2M Made Of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Elements Of C35/45 Class Concrete, Including: Well Cover Equipped With Two Holes: 24.7 One For Assembly/Disassembly Of The Deep Well Pump, The Other For Entry, Steel Ladder Acid-Resistant, 24.8 Well Bottom With An Opening For The Shaft Head And A Drainage Collection Well With A Stainless Steel Grate And A Sloped Screed, Drainage Pump, Ventilation Chimneys, Cable Bushing, 24.9 Deep Well Equipment, Among Others: Acid-Resistant Steel Head With Inspection Inspections, • Water Meter, • Non-Return Valve, • Pressure Gauge, • Intake Valve For Taking Raw Water Samples, • Flanged Gate Valve, • Pipe Entries For The Pressure Pipeline And Electrical And Signaling Cables, • Hermetic Electrical Switchboard And 230V Socket, • Piezometric Tube For Testing The Water Table In A Deep Well , • Electrical Installation, • Portable Electrical Measuring Tape With Optical Signaling For Measuring The Level Of The Water Table, 25. The Raw Water Water Supply Installation Connecting The Newly Constructed Deep Well With The Water Treatment Plant Should Be Made Of Pe 100 Rc Sdr 17 Pressure Pipes With A Minimum Diameter Of Dn 160 Mm, Manufactured In Accordance With With The Standard: • Pn-En 12201-2+A1:2013-12 Plastic Pipe Systems For Water Transmission And For Pressure Stormwater And Sanitary Sewage Systems - Polyethylene (Pe) - Part 2: Pipes • Pn-En 12201- 3+A1:2013-05 Plastic Pipe Systems For Water Transmission And For Pressure Storm And Sanitary Sewage Systems - Polyethylene (Pe) - Part 3: Fittings Pe Pipeline Connections Should Be Made Using Pe100 Pn 10 Electrofusion Fittings Or Welds Butt Joints. The Tightness Of Pressure Pipelines Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-70/B-10715 And Pn-B-10725 Standards. The Tightness Test Should Be Performed At A Temperature Not Lower Than + 1 O C And A Test Pressure Of 10 Atm26. The Planned Water Intake Should Be Supplied With A New Connection From The Existing Water Treatment Plant. Use Earth Cables Appropriate To The Power Of The Installed Submersible Pump. At The Casing Of The Deep Well, Make A Distribution Box Connecting The Underground Installation With The Cable Supplying The Deep Well Pump. Install A Fuse In The Box To Enable Quick Disconnection Of The Pump During Renovation And Operational Works.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz, 2) The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Implementation Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1333, As Amended) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 91(2) Of The Public Procurement Act Informs About The Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Dividing The Contract Into Parts Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract Due To The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Would Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties And, Consequently, Excessive Implementation Costs. Order. For The Investment Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Establish Investor Supervision Through A Separate Procedure.
