Journal Of Laws 2021, Item 1213), 8) Taking Full Responsibility For The Work Performed By Subcontractors, 9) Taking Full Responsibility For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Works Carried Out, 10) Removing All Faults And Defects Identified By The Investors Supervision During Works Within The Period Agreed By The Parties, But No Longer Than The Technically Justified Period Necessary For Their Removal, 11) Taking Over, During The Warranty And Warranty Period, All Obligations Arising From The Servicing And Maintenance Of Built-In Devices, Installations And Equipment, Affecting The Durability Manufacturers Warranty. 12) Taking Responsibility For Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection. And Supervision Of Property On The Construction Site, As Well As For Any Damage Occurring During Construction On The Area Taken Over From The Ordering Party, 13) Providing Ongoing Surveying Services (Staking Out And As-Built Inventory), 14) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Measurements, Tests, Acceptances And Tests, 15 ) Providing Full As-Built Technical Documentation, Including The Necessary Approvals, Certificates And Declarations, Test Results And Protocols, Reports And Tests, Warranty Cards, Operation And Maintenance Manuals. 16) Marking The Facility With Safety Signs Regarding Fire Protection And Occupational Health And Safety In Accordance With The Regulations, Equipping The Facility With The Necessary Fire Protection And Occupational Health And Safety Equipment. 17) Completing All Documentation During The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Preparing For The Final Acceptance Of The Complete Set Of Documentation Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit, 18) Obtaining Positive Opinions From Relevant State Services, In Particular Those Required By The Construction Law And Labor Law, 19) Staff Training The Ordering Party In The Full Scope Of Operation Of The Equipment, 20) Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works. 21) Proper Security And Development Of The Construction Site To Enable Unauthorized Persons To Enter The Construction Site.
