Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Execution Of Stage Ii: The Subject Of The Order For The Execution Of Stage Ii Is The Performance Of Other Works Related To The External Finishing Of The Building, Including: A) Insulation And Finishing Of The Façade Along With Window And Door Joinery, B) The Ground Floor Level Completely Finished (Without Furniture And Office Equipment), Intended For Kindergarten Needs, I.E.: 4 Kindergarten Groups With The Possibility Of Educating 25 Children (Maximum Allowable Number In Each Room/Group). One Of The Rooms Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of Children Up To 3 Years Old. The Basic Layout Of The Rooms Will Consist Of 4 Classrooms For 4 Kindergarten Groups With Sanitary Facilities For Each Room, A Room For Rhythmics, Cloakrooms For Each Group, An Office, Warehouses, A Porters Office, A Room. Cleaning, Scullery, Room Distribution Of Meals, Auxiliary Social Rooms, General Bathrooms, Corridors And An Elevator, C) Access To The Building, D) Entrances And Driveway, Installations And Connections. E) Adapting The Building To The Needs Of Disabled People F) The Second Level, I.E. Above The Ground Floor, Will Be Constructed To The So-Called Development, I.E. With: • Finishing Of Load-Bearing Walls And Partitions With Plaster, • Door Joinery, • Floors, • Installations, Technical Data: Gross Volume – 7505.00 M3 Net Volume – 4592.20 M3 Additional Information Regarding The Entire Investment Task: In A Separate Tender Procedure The Contractor For Stage I Will Be Selected, Who Will Be Obliged To Construct The Entire Structure Of The 2-Story Building Up To The Building Stage In The So-Called Raw Open, I.E.: • Construction Of Foundations And Foundation Walls Along With Insulation And Insulation, • Construction And Partition Walls, • Construction And Roof Covering. The Remaining Works Related To The Adaptation Of Rooms On The Second Level, I.E. Above The Ground Floor, Will Be Performed At A Later Date By The Local Government Of The Nowy Commune Duninów In Accordance With The Needs Of The Local Community.
