Tenders Are Invited For Asphalt Concrete Delivery

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Asphalt Concrete With An Ac 11S 50/70 Wearing Course For Traffic Categories Kr 1-2 Corresponding To The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13108-1 And Wt-2 Standards In An Amount Of 630 Tons. Delivery Will Be Carried Out By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense, Along With Unloading To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Wiązowna Commune, Where Construction Works Are Carried Out: A) Ul. Sadowa In Wiązowna - 303 Tons, B) Road Plot No. 1 In Poręby - 276 Tons, C) Ul. Rutki (Plot No. 114/2) In Wola Karczewska - 51 Tons.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Unload The Ordered Asphalt Concrete In The Manner Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. Asphalt Concrete Should Be Produced Using Appropriate Preparation Technology. The Dosing Of Asphalt Mixture Ingredients In Paving Machines Should Be Automated And In Accordance With The Working Recipe, And The Appropriate Temperature Of The Mass Production, Delivery And Storage Process Should Be Ensured.4. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Material, Taking Into Account The Use Of Appropriate Components When Placing Concrete In The Period Of Reduced Temperatures.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum One-Year Warranty On The Quality Of The Produced Asphalt Concrete, Starting From The Date Of Its Delivery.6. Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Transport After Agreeing The Date, Location And Quantity By Telephone Or E-Mail. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantitative Demand At Least One Day Before Delivery.7. The Contractor Should Comply With All Environmental Protection Regulations And Comply With All Occupational Health And Safety Regulations During The Performance Of The Service.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1.
